Ted has been a full-time professional REALTOR® since 2004. He started his career at RE/MAX Realty Professionals, and has been one of the top-performing agents in Calgary ever since.

Ted has an entrepreneurial background, as the founder and past president of Parts Canada, a national distributor of motorcycle parts. He grew the business from scratch to become the dominant player in the industry, by consistently providing the highest possible level of service to his customers, a value that he has carried over to his Real Estate career. Read more about Ted’s background here.

Ted still rides his motorcycle every day he can, so don’t be too surprised if he shows up to a viewing on his Triumph! He is also an avid curler, and is the Captain of Team Believe – a bicycle team participating in the Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer (an epic 230 km ride this Aug 18-19, 2018) in support of the Alberta Cancer Foundation.

Marla has been a full-time professional REALTOR® for ten years. With an entrepreneurial background in interior design and renovation, project management, and marketing, she brings her own unique perspective into the world of residential Real Estate.

Marla has a young son and the two of them are passionate about travelling, going to music festivals and concerts, and spending quality time with friends.

ERIN JONASSON, Office Manager

Ted’s full-time Real Estate assistant since 2010, Erin makes sure that not a single detail ever gets forgotten on your Real Estate transaction. She keeps the office running like a well-oiled machine, anticipating our clients’ needs so they never have to worry about, “What’s next?” Erin loves the outdoors and she spends most weekends out fishing, hiking, and camping.

Angela has been working closely with Ted for over ten years. She is an award-winning professional photographer and an extremely talented staging expert. Angela is involved early on with every listing, helping every seller come up with a game plan on how to maximize the appeal of their home to potential buyers. JONATHAN TAYLOR, Graphic Designer

One of our core beliefs is “The quality of the property is reflected in the quality of the marketing materials”. Jonathan is an extremely talented graphic designer and he is involved with the marketing plan on every listing, adding a touch of class to every presentation. Jonathan claims to be the daddy of the two cutest little girls in the world, and it’s sort of hard to argue with him.

SAM IAQUINTA, Mortgage Broker

Sam has earned the right to be listed here as part of our team because he is a man who knows how to get things done. If Sam can’t get the job done, nobody can. It’s as simple as that. His team was recognized as the top performing mortgage broker team in Western Canada for the Mortgage Centre for the past two years in a row. If you need a mortgage or a renewal, Sam is the man. Sam is an avid long-distance runner, and a Special Olympics coach.

RYAN VAN KESSEL, Home Inspector

Prior to becoming a home inspector, Ryan was in the construction industry, specializing in disaster remediation such as water intrusion, structural failures, mould & asbestos remediation, and catastrophic fire damage. This background makes him a true expert at identifying potential problems with your “new” home. He is meticulous about his work, and has completed thousands of home inspections. Ryan spends most of his free time with his wife and two young kids, but also enjoys canoeing, golfing, dirt biking, skiing and snowmobiling.
